Beginners Courses

If you are new to archery or just fancy a go, why not try one of our beginner's courses.
You will be shown how to shoot safely whilst still retaining the fun element of archery.

Courses are run between March and August.
Courses are run on Saturday / Sunday mornings 10am to 12 noon.
Duration of course is 4 weeks.
Cost of course is £25 per person.
All equipment is supplied.
Insurance cover is supplied.
Children 8 and above can take part on the course.
Anybody under the age of 17 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
The course is held in the open woodlands so suitable clothing needs to be worn.
All instructors are IFAA trained.

When we are satisfied you are shooting safely, we will extend an invite to join the club. (see our web page on joining the club & fees associated with that)
At this point you can purchase your own equipment, we can advise what & where to purchase if required.
Once you are a member and have your own equipment, we can help with set up & practice.
